In April of 2015, Joe DeSimone added Casino Owner and Operator to his resume by purchasing the historic Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino in Henderson, Nevada. The casino was previously owned by MGM Resorts International. At the purchase of the property, Marcus Gaming LLC was chosen to run the gambling operations of the casino while Joe DeSimone went through the regulatory process and received the approval for his gaming license. On July 24, 2015 the Nevada Gaming Commission gave Joe DeSimone that approval. |

The historic Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino is the nation's longest running casino. Continuously operating since 1931, the property has a strategic location between Henderson and Boulder City and is close to Las Vegas in Southern Nevada. The property is located at 1500 Railroad Pass Casino Road, Henderson, NV 89002. The ideal location is just a few minutes from Hoover Dam, Lake Mead National Recreation area, excellent golf courses, and outdoor adventures including hiking and bike trails.
